My journey began at the University of Guelph where I studied natural sciences. After Guelph, my life took many twists and some heart breaking turns until I ended up at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. I quickly became engrossed in kinetics and anatomy while loving the challenge of understanding the complexities of the human body. Massage therapy became the perfect way to use all my university acquired knowledge, perfectly pairing with my passion for helping people.

My time as an RMT has led me to new passions including both prenatal and sports massage. I’ve also been led down another academic path in continuing in an educator role with new massage student. I am so happy to join the Bronte Wellness Team and I look forward to listening to your needs and helping you attain your best health. I am committed to helping you in your journey and I’m grateful to be a part of it.
