My passion is helping people find a place in their lives where they feel comfortable with themselves, their relationships with others and the world they live in. Life happens, events occur that throw us all for a loop and can change our confidence and perceived ability to cope with what has come across our path. Sometimes it just doesn’t feel as though things are working for us. Even some of our greatest joys and exciting journeys can also carry additional anxiety, uncertainty, and stress. It is my hope to provide a comfortable and safe space for people to explore their feelings that are difficult to share anywhere else. To help people slow life down, build confidence, make changes and develop new ways of coping with life’s challenges.

My work is rooted in warmth and acceptance. Providing a a client-centred and strengths based approach intended for each person to feel connected to their experience. I use an integrated approach combining relational therapy and cognitive behavioural theory. I draw from a variety of treatment modalities including art therapy and play therapy techniques. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, parents, and families.
