Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges at Bronte Wellness Boutique
Our return/exchange window lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order was placed, unfortunately there will be no refunds or exchanges offered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging including sealings.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable products, such as probiotics and fish oil
  • Products that are intimate in nature
  • Sanitary goods
  • All diagnostic testing
  • Gift cards
  • Herbal supplements, vitamins and neutraceuticals

To complete your return, please contact us and refer to the instructions below. Note, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

As noted above, not all items returned will be eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable, and all your order’s shipping costs will be deducted from your refunded total.

Late or Missing Refunds*
If you have not received a refund after 15 days, first check your bank account statement. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Backorders are considered a special order and must be paid for at time of purchase. If you have placed an order for an item and the item is out of stock or there is a  delay in mailing you the item, you will be contacted with the option to maintain the product on backorder or refund the order.

We only exchange / replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email and return the item to us at the address below. We will ship an appropriate replacement to you at your cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping item(s) totaling over $75 in value, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and/or shipment insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
