This 12-week program is for Menopausal Women (Peri or Post) using a holistic approach to nourishing your body differently now, moving your body to support healthy muscle composition, and reducing toxins so you can feel your best during menopause and beyond. This program helps you navigate physical changes (body composition, skin, hair), manage pain & discomfort, ease emotional stress & anxiety, and reconnect with your body for greater balance, confidence, and well-being.
 
The Menopause Harmony Program includes 6 Consultations (Initial intake + 5 sessions), which include meal plans, movement plans, lifestyle & clean living plans, 3 InBody Scans, and foundational mind-body re-connection strategies.
