Emotional eating is often a response to stress, anxiety, or discomfort, but it doesn’t have to control your life. In this workshop, you’ll:

Join us on September 21, 2025 from 10am – 4pm for a full day experiential workshop which will include a nourishing lunch, workbook and resources. You can expect to be led through reflective exercises, discussions, mindful exercises, visioning and guided meditations. This small intimate group setting will be a safe environment for you to explore your relationship to food and your body.
You will be guided by our Holistic Nutritionist Jodie Pappas. Jodie has a non-restrictive, gentle approach to nutrition having had her own past challenges with Orthorexia and restrictive dieting which she has successfully overcome with many of these same exercises that she will lead you through.
If you’ve tried all the diets and restriction, but still find yourself searching for the answers ~ this is definitely a workshop to consider for a different approach to find body acceptance.
