Over 12 weeks, you will learn strategies and techniques to honour your body through gentle nutrition and be able to identify healthier emotions around food and your body.
This Mindful Nutrition Program includes 6 Consultations over 12 weeks (Initial intake + 5 sessions), which includes plans for nutrition, movement & mindfulness to help you develop strategies for reconnecting of your mind to body.
