In 10 minutes or less, you can prepare this no-bake grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free treat. Mix a few simple ingredients in a blender to create this tasty snack rich in magnesium, fibre and healthy plant-based fats. It’s the perfect Valentine’s day sharable goodie that makes for a mouth watering afternoon treat.

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup raw walnuts
  • 1 ½ cups pitted dates
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened organic cocoa powder

 

Place all ingredients in a good processor and blend until mixture is thick & smooth. Add approximately 3tbsp of mixture to a muffin tin and pack evenly. Place in the freezer for 1 hour before serving. Store in fridge or freezer.
